Shopping online is quick and convenient, but it happens without direct contact with our team. We understand that this can raise doubts, especially with furniture and lighting, where the amounts involved are often substantial. We shop online ourselves and we know what gives people confidence. Below we explain how we protect your purchase.

Encrypted connection

The whole of ilumia.pl runs over an encrypted connection. The data you enter when creating an account, placing an order or contacting us is protected in transit. You can recognise this by the padlock in your browser's address bar and by the address beginning with https.

Secure payments

Payments are handled exclusively by licensed providers: Stripe Payments Europe, based in Dublin, and Przelewy24, that is PayPro S.A. of Poznań. Both are subject to financial supervision and meet the security standards of the card industry.

Your card details never reach our servers and are never stored by us. You enter them directly in the payment provider's system and we receive only the confirmation of the transaction. You can pay by card, BLIK or instant bank transfer, as well as by ordinary bank transfer to our account.

Trusted Shops certificate

Our store holds the Trusted Shops quality mark. Before it is awarded, every store goes through a comprehensive audit and receives a detailed report listing the points that still need improvement. The quality mark is granted only once all criteria have been met.

The audit covers: identification of and contact with the seller, protection and security of personal data, transparency of product prices, delivery and payment terms, the ordering process, returns handling and customer service.

Customers of certified stores are covered by buyer protection of up to 10,000 PLN on every order.

Original products from authorised suppliers

We are an authorised distributor of the brands we offer. Every product comes directly from the manufacturer or its official representative, with the full manufacturer's warranty. We do not sell replicas or products from uncertain sources.

Your data

We process only the data needed to complete your order and to stay in touch with you. We do not sell it to anyone. You will find full information about what we collect, why, who we share it with and what rights you have in our privacy policy.

Your right to return

You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. The rules, deadlines and exceptions are described in our returns policy, and the full terms of sale in our terms and conditions.
