Returns Policy
This policy describes how you can return items purchased on the website ilumia.pl.
Returns procedure
Within 14 days of receiving the parcel with the purchased items, you can change your mind and return it. In this case, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. For this purpose, please contact us by e-mail at zwrot@ilumia.pl or use the return form and attach it to the package.
After you have received the items you ordered, you may carefully examine and try them within a period of 14 days, but only in a manner in which you would examine the products in our showroom or at any other offline reseller. If the items or the packaging have been used in excess of what is necessary to examine them, you will be held liable for the decrease in value that this use has caused. Once we have received the items, we will notify you if there is any loss of value and if your refund will therefore be lower than the price paid.
If we accept your return as valid and the product can be resold as new, we will give you a full refund of the purchase price, including the original shipping charges for the items that you return to us. We do not cover the return shipping cost. The refund is paid once we have received the returned items and checked their condition, using the same means of payment that you used for the order, and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal from the contract.
Some items cannot be returned. It is not possible to return custom-made items that have been produced especially for you. This applies to items offered in the Furniture category and to some items in the Lamps category. Information about whether a given item is made to order is included in the description of the product on its page.
Return shipping
The shipping costs for returning an order are not covered by us. They must be paid and arranged by you. The items you want to return remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, and any damage caused while shipping the product back to us is your responsibility. Please make sure you pack the return safely to prevent damage to the products or their boxes, as this affects the value of the product and therefore our ability to resell it. Make sure the product's original packaging is intact.
Please also complete the return form attached to your order and send it together with the items you are returning. The return form can be downloaded here: ilumia.pl/en/returns.
You can also return purchased items in person at our showroom. The process is the same as described above.
Summary
- Within 14 days of receiving the order, notify us by e-mail at zwrot@ilumia.pl that you want to return something.
- Deliver the items to us in their original packaging within 14 days of that notification.
- Complete the return form and send it together with the items you want to return.
- The cost of the return shipment must be paid by you and is not covered by our company.
- You will receive your refund once the returned items reach us, and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal from the contract.
- If the items are not received in their original packaging and in the same condition in which you received them, a deduction may be made from your refund, corresponding to the decrease in the value of the items.
