Shipping & Delivery
Delivery costs
Delivery cost depends on the destination country and on the total volumetric weight of your order. Volumetric, or chargeable, weight is calculated by the carrier from the size of the package, not only from its actual weight. Large but lightweight items, such as pendant lamps, are therefore charged according to the space they occupy in transport.

Zone C: Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Ireland, United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Cyprus
Zone D: Malta. Shipments over 40 kg to Malta are quoted individually, please contact us before ordering.
Orders over 40 kg. For heavier shipments, such as several lamps or furniture pieces in one order, the delivery cost is 3% of the order value in zones A, B and C.
If your country is not listed above, or if your order includes oversized or palletised items, please contact us before ordering. We will prepare an individual shipping quote for your destination.
Courier companies and shipment tracking
We work only with large, reputable carriers: DPD, DHL, UPS, GLS and InPost. All of them allow you to track the shipment sent to you.
On the day your order leaves our warehouse you receive an automatic e-mail with a tracking number. This way you always know where your order is and have time to prepare for its arrival.
Forwarding, large-size shipments
Large-size items are shipped by forwarders. Unless agreed otherwise, delivery is made to ground level of the property, which is the standard in forwarding services. The forwarder usually contacts the customer by phone or e-mail to arrange a specific delivery date. Disposal of the packaging and the pallet is the responsibility of the customer.
For orders delivered within Poland you can use our extended delivery option. We will then deliver your order and carry it inside, for example into your flat. If the items are unpacked immediately after delivery, we will gladly take the packaging away. Please note that only you may unpack the goods, for liability reasons. The service does not include assembly of furniture or lighting.
Shipping times
The shipping time is given on the page of every product. If you order several items with different delivery times, we combine them into one shipment, which leaves our warehouse once your order is complete. Contact us if you prefer otherwise.
There are two kinds of shipping information.
"In stock, shipping 24h"
The goods are in stock and ready for shipment within 24 working hours. Small parcels within the EU normally reach you in 1 to 3 business days, oversized shipments sent by forwarding in 3 to 7 business days. The estimated time for each item is given on its product page.
Note: shipping time depends on the payment method you choose. With card, BLIK or instant bank transfer the shipment usually leaves on the next business day after the order is placed. If you pay by ordinary bank transfer, the shipment is sent only once the payment has been credited to our account.
"Delivery time in working days or weeks"
The item is not in our warehouse and will be ordered from the manufacturer as soon as we receive your order. The product page states the number of working days or weeks we usually need to dispatch it to the address you give us. This time depends on the manufacturer's production cycles and may therefore change, also after your order has been placed. If the lead time turns out to be longer than estimated, our Customer Service Office will notify you by e-mail or phone. If you have an account in our store, you can check the status and delivery time of your order there at any time.
Transport damage and complaints
We check the condition of your order before it is packed in our warehouse. In individual cases transport damage may nevertheless occur. Please check carefully that the shipment is complete and that nothing has been damaged in transit, especially where the packaging shows visible damage.
What to do if damage occurred during transport
Report the damage to the carrier when you receive the shipment and draw up a damage report with them. That report is what allows us to start the transport claim process. Please also inform our Customer Service Office. We can claim compensation from our carriers, so a copy of the damage report sent to us promptly helps a great deal.
